The Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO Duty & Competition OWB Holster from Four Brothers Inc. is engineered for Outside Waistband light-duty & competition use, where reliability, retention, and draw consistency matter. Precision-molded specifically for the P365-XMACRO platform, this holster provides a stable, durable carry solution for range training, competitive shooting, and professional use.

This holster fits the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO COMP, P365-XMACRO TACOPS, and P365-XMACRO COMP ROMEOZERO ELITE pistols. Models equipped with a manual safety are fully supported.

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold developed from a CAD model of the actual firearm. All holsters are formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house, then tested with real pistols to ensure proper fit, consistent retention, and smooth draw performance.

Designed for Duty and Competition Use

The holster is designed to provide fast, consistent access to the firearm while maintaining a secure fit during movement and training. Adjustable retention allows you to fine-tune draw resistance to your preference.

The black product configuration shown uses the Blade-Tech Duty Drop and Offset. This setup provides a stable platform that drops the holster slightly away from the hip while establishing a point of contact with the thigh, improving draw ergonomics during competition or training.

The holster profile is cut to clear most slide-mounted red dot optics commonly used on the P365-XMACRO platform. The open muzzle design also allows compatibility with threaded barrels or compensators that extend beyond the slide.
